Mixing Ratio: Add to taste (Approx. 1–3g per kg).
For a consistent background flavor in sausages or small goods, add approximately 1g to 3g of Garlic Powder per 1kg of meat.
Mix thoroughly into your dry spice blend before adding to the meat to prevent clumping and ensure even dispersion.
