Mixing Ratio: 1kg Seasoning : 6kg Meat : 1L Water
Combine 1kg of Northern Sausage Seasoning with 6kg of minced beef and approximately 1 litre of chilled water.
Mix thoroughly until the liquid is fully absorbed and the meat emulsion becomes sticky, then proceed to filling casings.
