Mixing Ratio: 1kg Seasoning : 5kg Meat : 1L Water

Combine 1kg of Star Brand Multimix with 5kg of minced pork and approximately 1 litre of chilled water.
Mix thoroughly until the liquid is fully absorbed and the meat emulsion becomes sticky.
Use this mixture to fill casings or wrap in pastry for sausage rolls.
