Mixing Ratio: 1kg Mix : 6kg Meat : 1.2L Water

For a standard batch, combine 1kg of Butcher’s Multimix with 6kg of minced meat and 1.2 liters of chilled water. Mix thoroughly until the binder activates and the mixture creates a sticky emulsion, then fill into casings immediately.
