Mixing Ratio: 1kg Seasoning : 6kg Meat : 1.2L Water
Combine 1kg of Butcher’s Multimix with 6kg of minced lamb and approximately 1.2 liters of chilled water.
Mix thoroughly until the liquid is fully absorbed and the mixture creates a sticky emulsion, then fill into casings.
