Mixing Ratio: 750g Seasoning : 15kg Meat : 1.5L Water
Combine 750g of Spice Mix with 15kg of lean lamb, beef, or goat and 1.5 liters of chilled water.
Mix thoroughly until the liquid is fully absorbed and the meat emulsion becomes sticky, then fill into small casings.
