Tandoori Chicken Butcher’s Mix

Inspired by North Indian cuisine, this Super Butcher’s Multimix features an aromatic and earthy Tandoori spice blend. It balances warm notes of cumin, coriander, and paprika to create a mildly spicy sausage with a rich flavor profile. While mild enough for general appeal, extra chilli powder can be added to increase the heat if desired.

Mixing Ratio: 1kg Seasoning : 6kg Meat : 1L Water

Combine 1kg of Butcher’s Multimix with 6kg of minced chicken meat and approximately 1 litre of chilled water.

Mix thoroughly until the liquid is fully absorbed and the emulsion becomes sticky, then fill into casings.
