Mixing Ratio: 200g Seasoning : 9.8kg Meat Block (2% Usage Rate)
Combine 200g of Seasoning with 9.8kg of meat and fat (using a blend of beef, pork, or mutton with 10% pork back fat).
Stuff into pre-soaked casings and allow to cure for 48 hours before smoking or cooking.
