Mixing Ratio: 1kg Seasoning : 9kg Meat
Combine 1kg of Thai chicken Sausage Seasoning with 9kg of minced chicken meat.
Mix thoroughly until the spice blend is evenly distributed and the meat emulsion becomes sticky, then fill into casings.
