Mixing Ratio: 1kg Seasoning : 6kg Meat : 1L Water
Combine 1kg of Seasoning with 6kg of minced meat (ideally pork) and 1 liter of chilled water.
Mix thoroughly until the liquid is fully absorbed and the emulsion becomes sticky, then proceed to filling casings or rolling.
