Mixing Ratio: Add to taste (Approx. 10–30g per kg).
To achieve a rich colour and mild background flavour in sausages, add approximately 10g to 30g of Paprika Powder per 1kg of meat.
Mix thoroughly into your dry spice blend before adding to the meat block to ensure even distribution of colour.
