Mixing Ratio: 1kg Mix : 6kg Meat : Water (as required)
Combine 1kg of Pork Sausage Seasoning with 6kg of minced pork.
Add chilled water (approximately 1.2 litre or as needed) to the mixture.
Mix thoroughly until the liquid is fully absorbed and the meat emulsion becomes sticky, then fill into casings.
