Mixing Ratio: 1kg Seasoning : 7kg Meat : 2L Water
Mix 1kg of Mexican Hot & Tasty Seasoning with 7kg of minced meat and approximately 2 liters of chilled water.
Blend the mixture thoroughly until the liquid is fully absorbed and the meat becomes tacky, then form into patties or fill into casings.
