Mixing Ratio: 700g Seasoning : 11kg Meat (15% Fat) : 1.5L Water
Combine 700g of Romanian Spice Mix with 11kg of coarse-minced meat (ensure 15% fat content, preferably using pork back fat) and 1.5 liters of chilled water.
Mix thoroughly until the liquid is absorbed and the meat becomes sticky, then fill into casings.
