Mixing Ratio: 1kg Seasoning : 6kg Meat : 1.2L Water
Combine 1kg of beef sausage seasoning with 6kg of minced beef and approximately 1.2 litre of chilled water.
Mix thoroughly until the liquid is fully absorbed and the meat emulsion becomes sticky, then fill into casings.
